We hope you are doing well and we greatly appreciate your visit(s) here, as always.
Meg B. from Massachusetts sent us a letter this month about the existence of a campaign dedicated to having Michael's name uncovered at the Garden Street School where he attended his 6th grade. Upon his success, the auditorium was named after him in 1988, as mentioned in our Awards and Recognitions subsection, although, despite the proven false allegations made against him (in November, 2003), the school covered up his name and refuse to have it displayed again. http://www.facebook.com/UncoverMJ is committed to changing this situation, and you might also wish to be involved or help spread the word. Michael Jackson, as you all know, was found not guilty on all charges on June 13, 2005. Bruce E. Smith also wrote to us this month, and shared with us that he penned a song in 1983 for Michael, titled, "Easier Said Than Done" , which refers to the Crime Stoppers Program. Bruce wished to reach Michael in order for him to record it, but the opportunity failed to appear. The song is directed to crime victims, particularly to children.
